On Thursday, August 28, 2025, BO Properties turned 3!

It was such a delight to pause, reflect on our journey, and see how far we have come in just three years. Together with our incredible team, we celebrated not just a birthday but three years of resilience, progress, trust, and a shared commitment to building wealth for our investors and providing housing solutions that matter.

Our Journey So Far

In only three years, we’ve been blessed to achieve milestones that fuel our passion for real estate and our mission to transform the industry:

• A Thriving Community: We’ve grown a network of over 1,000 realtors who carry the message of BO Properties far and wide.
• Stellar Housing Projects: We have developed 7+ housing projects across prime locations in Lagos.
• Investor Success Stories: Over 200 investors have trusted us, growing their portfolios and building sustainable wealth.
• Shortlet Launch (2025): We entered the shortlet market, providing investors with new income opportunities in one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing segments.
• Hostel Development (2022): We built our first hostel project, solving accommodation challenges and housing over 200 tenants in just one year.
• Innovative Office Space: From a simple container and sustainable materials, we created a functional, eco-conscious office space.
• Job Creation: We have created employment for over 200 people, from permanent office staff to site workers.
• Rewarding Excellence: We sponsored our top-selling realtor on an all-expense-paid trip to Zanzibar and gifted a car to another as an incentive.

Reflecting on these milestones, our founder, Ifedayo Okungbowa, shared these words:
